All Standard/Express orders are sent within 2-3 business days. Larger nuggets and those sent with insured postal services may take up to 1 week. For these order, we have to wait for an insurance quote and the customers approval of the quote before we send the parcel.
Shipping within Australia.
Insured Shipping: All products shipping within Insured courier will be shipped with Brinks. This service includes insurance for the full amount of the nugget/nuggets in the event of loss or damage during shipping. This is a tracked shipping service that will require a signature and identification on arrival. Standard/Express Shipping: Orders under $10,000AUD are eligible for standard and express shipping. This service is sent via Australia post or Fedex, it includes tracking but not insurance. Please note that if the item is lost or damaged in transit, the responsibility is on the purchaser, The Gold Nugget Shop is not liable for any refund or compensation.
International shipping.
Insured Shipping: All international orders over the value of $5,000 Aud will be shipped with Brinks. Returns.
If you receive a products that is not as described or you have received the wrong item, we offer a 100% money back guarantee and will cover the cost of the return shipping. Make sure to contact us first via info@thegoldnuggetshop.com if you wish to make a return. Any item returned to us without prior notification will be rejected on return.
