All products shipped within Australia are shipped with insurance for the full amount of the nugget/nuggets sent. In the unfortunate event of loss or damage during shipping, your order will be 100% covered by insurance from when it is packed, to when it arrives. International shipping. 

All international orders are sent via DHL or Fedex with third party insurance. This service includes insurance for the full amount of the nugget in case of loss or damage during shipping. Returns.

If you receive a products that is not as described or you have received the wrong item, we offer a 100% money back guarantee and will cover the cost of the return shipping. Make sure to contact us first via info@thegoldnuggetshop.com if you wish to make a return. Any item returned to us without prior notification will be rejected on return.
